Use TheCrafity Responsibly
TheCrafity is intended for lawful, authorized document workflows such as event certificates, employee and visitor IDs, internal business documents, tickets, invitations, and invoices. It must not be used to forge, deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent.
Permitted Uses
TheCrafity may be used for genuine operational, educational, event, and business needs where the user has the authority to create the documents.
- Event, workshop, training, appreciation, and completion certificates.
- Employee, student, visitor, contractor, and event ID cards used by authorized organizations.
- Tickets, invitations, passes, invoices, and internal workflow documents.
- Bulk generation for administrative or organizational use where the output is truthful and permitted.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TheCrafity to create or distribute false, deceptive, forged, or misleading documents.
- Fake government IDs, licenses, passports, permits, or immigration documents.
- Fraudulent diplomas, transcripts, accreditations, certificates, or official credentials.
- Impersonation materials, forged business records, or deceptive access documents.
- Any document intended to mislead employers, schools, regulators, institutions, or the public.
- Any illegal, fraudulent, or dishonest use of the platform.
Important Clarification
TheCrafity is not a service for creating official government identification documents or fraudulent academic records. If you generate certificates or ID cards, you are responsible for ensuring the output is lawful, truthful, and authorized by the relevant organization.
